My schnauzer loved the Ultra Dog pet food. He could not wait while I was busy opening the bag and enjoyed every bite. Normally he struggles with anal gland problems, so I am always scared to change his food. He had no allergy or digestion problems on the Ultra Pet Premium food. I will strongly recommend this product to all other breeds and especially other Schnauzer parents.

My Yorkie is 3 years old, I have tried many brands, but she took to Canine Cuisine. When I recieved this Ultra Pet, I tried it first on its own for a week, she refused to eat it. I mixed it with her other food, she somehow managed to pick out her food from it. Maybe she us just used to her brand. But after the 3rd week, I gave up trying. I shared it with a family member who had a small breed dog as well. Their doggie took to it straight away. So I guess it depends on your dog. I can't say it's a horrible brand because my dog didn't take to it. I have read up on it and it really sounds like a good brand with added nutrients, just not for a fussy dog like mine.
