Super yummy
These Trubar plant based protein bars in the 'oh oh cookie dough' flavor are really tasty! I love that it contains no dairy, no soy, no seed oils, and no sugar alcohols. While it does have that 'protein' taste, it's still quite delicious and the texture is great. Its macros aren't too too bad with 190 calories per bar, 12 grams of protein and 8 grams of sugar. It's definitely not the highest protein but I think it's a lovely treat. If you want to get real bold, pop it in the microwave for 7 seconds and it's even better!

Icky Texture
I love a good protein bar. They have great benefits. I also love cookie dough anything & everything. I really wanted to love this but it by all means didn't resemble cookie dough and the texture was icky.

Trubar’s Oh Oh Cookie Dough flavor is a delicious (semi) sweet treat that doesn’t taste or feel like a traditional protein bar. This protein bar has a little bit of added sugar but its not overly sweet. The texture is nice and soft and isn’t too chewy.

Pretty Typical Taste
After taste testing Trubar Oh Oh Cookie Dough for 3 days I've decided to award it three stars. I began the test with high hopes as the package boasts indulgent cookie dough flavor, but Uh Oh they forgot the cookie dough. It looks like a cookie dough filling, but it tastes like a typical bland/ borderline chalky protein bar filling. It almost has a liqueur like aftertaste. I do appreciate that it does keep you full for hours with it's 12g protein and 43% daily value of fiber! I also like that they're made with simple ingredients such as chocolate, cashews, and pea protein. This product is also free from dairy, gluten, soy, seed oils, and sugar alcohols. In sum, it lacks in taste but works well for a busy on the go lifestyle .There are definitely more delicious protein bars that I would prefer to buy. But this does have an impressive list of clean ingredients and will keep you full for a while.

Decent Protein Bar with Good Qualities
The Trubar Oh Oh Cookie Dough protein bars aren't the best protein bars I've tasted and are far from the worst. I would rate them slightly above average. My kids liked them more than me. They are cookie dough flavor surrounded by a thin layer of chocolate. If I ate these, it would be for all of the benefits they offer and portability rather than a craving. Made with plant-based ingredients, 12 grams of fiber and protein, and 190 calories, these are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, seed oil-free, and sugar alcohol-free.

Delicious!
