This is a regular purchase from TJ. Lower in carbs so a little healthier than regular potato gnocchi. The texture, though a little less firm than potato gnocchi, is not off putting. Works best sautéed with butter and sage, or grape tomatoes and garlic.

Low calorie, satisfying, gnocchi-like
This closely resembles traditional gnocchi, especially when prepared correctly. The cauliflower flavor is subtle, not overpowering. When cooked incorrectly it can become gummy or mushy. When cooked correctly it is wonderful. I suggest cooking in the air fryer for a crispier, more enjoyable texture. Sautéing in a pan is also good, but care must be taken to avoid sticking. I appreciate that this is lower-carb and is made with simple, clean ingredients.

Yummy for a Glute Free Pasta Alternative
My son is diabetic and my daughter hates regular gnocchi but she loves Trader Joe’s generally so she will eat this one. It pairs really nicely with pesto & parmesan on top of it. Super easy dinner for low carb or gluten free families.

Cauliflower gnocchi
The convenience and flavor of these gnocchis are pretty good. However, they can be tricky to cook and sometimes get a little mushy. Nevertheless, they are an affordable, healthy, and quick lunch or dinner, which I appreciate!
I am not a cauliflower-to-replace-everything enthusiast but I do like these. They're pretty bland on their own but with salt/pasta sauce they make a good lo-cal gnocchi substitute.
I have to say that it is not as good as from scratch, but it is still the best frozen gnocchi I have tried, which was a shock. It is a nice pillowy texture and great with sauce. searing it a little can help with any freezer sogginess. I would recommend to a friend and keep it on hand for an easy dinner

Love!
I absolutely love his cauliflower gnocchi! It’s so nice with any sort of butter/wine/garlic sauce. Makes a simple meal just topped with some shredded Parmesan and some crumbled bacon. It took a little getting the hang of how to cook them without sticking to the pan but now they are a staple in our house.
I love the cauliflower option of the trader Joe's gnocchi. It has a great texture and taste. I would recommend it to anyone trying to make better choices.
So I tried this on a whim cause I always buy something new when I go to Trader Joe. I enjoy Trader Joe’s gnocchi, but I usually buy the stuffed one, it’s sooooooo good. Now this one….first….I really dislike cauliflower. Tbh, I bought it thinking it might be good for my kids. I tasted it though and was very surprised how it didn’t taste that different from normal potato gnocchi. Course it doesn’t compare to my stuffed gnocchi but then neither does regular gnocchi. Add some sauce to it, we use either marinara or pesto, and my kids had no idea, which was what I was hoping. To me, it seems a bit more dense and a bit more sticky but covered in sauce isn’t really noticeable. Try it. Good alternative to normal potato gnocchi. Now if you want excellent gnocchi try the stuffed one TJ sells or even yummier, handmade gnocchi which is simple to make but you’ll never want store bought again!

Love this gnocchi alternative
I love trader joe's cauliflower gnocchi alternative. It is low carb, filling and tasty with some sauce on it. I purchase it regularly and find it tasty and has a good texture. Highly recpmmend!
Eating it for lunch at work as I type this:)
The gnocchi is great for meal preps because it can be made into a whole meal under 10 minutes. I threw it in a pan last night with some spaghetti sauce and was tempted to eat almost half of it before packing my lunch!
The texture is pretty similar to gnocchi- but a little bit more sticky. It doesn't taste like cauliflower and is a good healthy alternative to the OG carb loaded gnocchi. 1 bag is enough for 2 small but filling portions.
I don't particularly like cauliflower and I don't always have time to cook, so these were a great solution to getting the health benefits of that veggie in a quick and easy format. It's better to roast or bake, but even if you just microwave or boil them and add some sauce/toppings, it's a great choice.

Prefer Potato Gnocchi
So, the cauliflower gnocchi from Trader Joe's is a neat idea and it works reasonably well, but I still prefer the original potato gnocchi. This is more of a texture issue than a flavor issue. Anyways, the caulifliower is still okay, but I'd prefer a larger package for the price.
