I'm in love
I was overly excited to try this ice maker the directions where easy to follow and it fits perfectly ony counter I like that it takes 10 minutes to make and if you forget it automatically shuts off easy to clean and see.s to be very quiet

Personal Ice Maker
Absolutely the best personal ice maker on the market today. The workmanship of the product is excellent and by far the best I have seen or used. It is so well made that it could pass as being made by a craftsman, by hand. The ease of making the ice cubes are also excellent. Easy to drain, easy to fill with water and always perfect uniformity of the ice, each and every time. An all around excellent product.

Perfect ice!
What a perfect way to have chewable ice within such a short amount of time! So easy to use and very user friendly. We are big time ice users and this machine has made life so much easier for us! Would highly recommend.

Perfect ice for chewing or chilling!
I received the Personal Chiller last night. I waited until this morning to get going on the trial, I had a few hiccups getting started (on me) I should have read the quick start guide last night I didn’t know I needed white vinegar and distilled water for the cleaning process. So I got the items the quick start guide called for and I cleaned and rinsed out my ice maker. The instructions recommend the use of distilled water to make the ice but our water is fairly soft so I did the test using tap water. I filled the water reservoir with 6 cups of water or until the water indicator was just below MAX, pressed the start button & then the ice button and waited. The first batch of ice made about 5 cups took about 45 minutes to finish then I went right into making a second batch and it also took 45 minutes. It makes great soft nugget ice which made me happy because it was just right to chew. The ice maker makes some strange sounds but they are all explained in the owners manual.

Amazing ice product
This product is so versatile and useful. Makes the most amazing ice cubes and they are so soft and pretty! Also keeps them chill and ready to use at any moment. Large size as well, can easily be used to entertain a party or large group. Works fast and efficiently l. Definetely recommend

Great little countertop ice maker!
This product exceeded my expectations! The setup was very easy and the machine truly makes ice within 10 minutes. The quality of the ice is great, soft and chewable nugget ice. The machine recycles melted ice water to make more ice without having to do anything. Things to note: Machine is heavy and requires a decent amount of counter space. The back, where the fan is, should be at least 4 inches away from wall or other surface when using. Ice tastes best when using distilled or filtered water.

It’s okay…
I really thought that I would like this icemaker more than I do. Ice does not stay cold in it for very long. It’s loud when it’s making me ice and it’s really heavy to move around. All in all, it’s great if you only want ice, that’s gonna last about 30 minutes before it begins melting and you’re willing to give up quite a bit of counter-space for the maker itself.

The Best Ice
I love this thing! I hate giant ice cubes and having to fight to break them out of the tray...or trying not to spill when you fill it up. This is a perfect, convenient solution. It makes my favorite ice - soft Nuggets! No complaints or issues so far!

Great for ice but plan ahead

perfect ice
got this ice maker for camping. works perfectly, and sure beats cracking the ice trays to get ice. so far no issues with it, as it is only used on weekends.
