Sticks well and absorbant
When these arrived, my son was reluctant to wear them, but after a day he was willing. We placed one in his underwear. He felt that it made his underwear tight and he did not think they were very comfortable. Because of this, we only used a few inserts. They are very sticky and stick well to the underwear which is a benefit. This ensures they will stay put while in use.

Maxi-pad
I really dislike how this product is too similar to a feminine napkin. I wasn't comfortable with my young daughter using it, nor with me having to teach her how to use it at such a young age. I wouldn't recommend this product.
