no cold!
SO! By now I have usually already gotten a cold or 2 while the weather changes from nice, to cold and cloudy! I took my 1 a day of these and I have not had the slightest bit of a cold through any of this 70 degree to 30 degree weather! I think these are well worth it!!

Elderberry goodness
I was a bit hesitant at first but it's great. Tastes delicious and I know it works because I can feel the difference. I was feeling as if I was going to get sick but feel better since taking this for about 4 to 5 days.

The taste is not bad at first however then it turns very sour and has a numbing effect on my tongue. Then I feel tingles. I did not notice any particular benefit.

Good defense
I tried these new Defend-EEZE lozenges to help protect against illnesses. The flavor was not bad, which was appreciated since many products with zinc leave a nasty after taste. There was none of that for me with these and I love that they are individually wrapped so they are easy and convenient to take along.

Tried and worked ok
I started to get a cold from my husband and I decided to try this product. The taste was just ok. I don’t like the taste of many products so it was alright. The product worked well for trying to avoid a cold but I still caught the cold. Just the symptoms were not as bad as his.

Ok strong flavor
This tasted ok but I couldn’t use it too long because the taste didn’t agree with me. It was pretty strong but did help with a sore throat. May be good for you if you like these flavors.

Staying Healthy
I tried this product for two weeks and have felt great! Definitely feel like it has helped to keep me healthy especially when I’m around others and in public. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was because I didn’t really like the flavor that much.

Good product but don't love the taste
I used this product when my children were sick and I think it worked because I never got sick. My only complaint is that I hated the taste. Originally the taste is kind of pleasant but that wears off immediately and it tastes like herbs with not sweetness at all.

Bitter taste
I loved the idea of these lozenges, but I struggled to take one a day due to the taste. The initial taste is amazing but it doesn’t take long to start tasting bitter. They do seem to work if you can get past the taste.
