It took a sec..
So let me start off by saying, this was not the easiest to learn and use. The minimal instructions left me more confused, and since it’s a new product, YouTube and Google weren’t much help either. After poking around and lots of trial and error, I figured it out! I actually like it a lot! Once you get the hang of it it’s super easy and leaves you with a flawless cut! I will definitely be using this a ton in my kitchen!

Very versatile tool for kitchen
This product slices produce in a variety of sizes, whether you are looking for very thin to thick and everything in-between. The only down side to this slicer is when slicing, I found is that a lot of the food flies onto the counter instead of into the collection tray. A word if caution...be extremely careful when using and cleaning. My husband sliced the top of his finger off while cleaning the device as the blade is very sharp.

Easy to use
I love the suction cups at the bottom of this to hold it in place without sliding around. The all in one slicing and julienne option is awesome because I don't have to change out the little blades. The spring handle makes it easy to use and I don't have a fear of hurting myself. Less parts so less space this takes up.

Great slicer
I love this chopper. It is easy to assemble and put aways. It slices very well and I love being able to change my setting. It's easy to clean so that's a major plus. I love this product

Easy to use.
First thing I noticed with this product is the foldable and compact look. This product is easy to use and cutting vegetables no longer feel like issues. It is dishwasher safe. I would recommend this product.

Fast and Easy
I love this product. First of all, I love that it stays in place with the suction cup feet. It cuts easier than any other slicer I have used. It's able to fit large sized vegetables. Also has a pusher to keep your fingers safe. Can cut a lot of vegetables in very little time. Love the catch basin too but the vegetables tend to fly out of the slicer at times and miss the catch basin and shoot across the room. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that, I love it.

Best ever!!
I already had a mandolin that worked fine, but I’m throwing that one out now!! This Cuisinart mandolin is amazing!! And so safe for my grandma to use too!! Very easy to clean & storing isn’t a problem!

Compact, slices with ease and precision
This mandoline has fast become a game changer for me in the kitchen, and it far exceeds any other style I have previously used. I slice and cut food items frequently to make pet treats, dehydrated snacks, regular meal preparations; so the need is there for me. The PrecisionSlice Upright Mandoline slices with such ease-- it cuts literally like butter. Since receiving this unit, I have sliced and julienned both hard and soft items-- it handles it masterfully. I LOVE that my hand is not near the blade and that cut items are collected in the back tray. Design wise-- It's compact, stores folded well, comes together easily. It comes with clear directions for easy set-up. It's a little stiff at first, but it is durable and comes together well. The back tray easily hooks on, and it holds a lot. I cut 3-4 large potatoes, and it had room for more! The PrecisionSlice Upright style is very user friendly and it exceeds other models as it's easier, smoother, safer, more compact.

A Gem of a Mandolin
A mandolin is essential in a busy kitchen and this one wears the crown. This mandolin is by far the easiest and safest on the market. A sharp blade, easiest to handle, most convenient and safest you can find. I especially love the little suction cups keeping this appliance sturdy and slip free.

Quick Prep
As a busy mom, I always opt in for quick and easy meals. However, I never take into account how much time I spend prepping for the actual meal. Not to mention the mountain of dishes I leave behind with the cutting board and knives. I was excited to try out this product. At first it was intimidating but I soon got the hang of it. This has cut my prepping time in half and it does not leave behind a mountain of dishes.

Much better then others
After finally getting the package opened. I cleaned the machine before use. It was simple and easy to clean. I was making carrots and decided to use it. It works great slicing them and keeping my fingers safe. When it was time to clean the included little brush was nice to get any stick carrots out. It’s seems a little cheap by all the plastic. I like the design. The picture in the box is what helped me set it up.

Love this Cuisinart Mandoline
We have used the Cuisinart PrecisionSlice Upright Mandoline a number of times in the first week. It is wonderful, you can change the thickness of the strips you are cutting. There are 40 options, we have not tried them all yet, but looking forward to it. It is easy to do the slicing. The Mandoline folds up easily as well. The only thing I would like is if the food storage area after clicing was larger, but then it would not fold up as it does now. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

Great product and really love it.
I like the safety, performance, ease of use, and assembly of the food slicer. I mention that it keeps their hands and finger safe from harm, it works well for all their vegetables, and that the instructions are a good laugh. i also happy with size, and quality. However, some customers have different opinions on sharpness.
