These are better to cook with hands-down you don’t have to worry about your stuff sticking and you don’t have to scrub metal pans

great for parties

these are great for parties and serving your guest when table space is limited makes it easier for guest to hold their plates and eat at the same time with out massive tables taking up party room

convenient

This prep and serving trays are convenient to have on the side of the BBQ when grilling. I use them mainly for serving up the food to the table. They can carry big bones of meat without problem.
