Great coverage, Zero smell
Love this product! Was easy to use right out of the box. It gave great coverage and it lasted. It doesn't have that horrible ammonia smell to it. Hair still felt soft and not brittle. Packaging also gives it a bit more of a higher price point feel. Would definitely buy this again.

Great dye
This was a beautiful natural looking shade and it colored my hair beautifully getting rid of my white hairs. I love that it has no ammonia so it doesn't have that intense fume smell like some others do. It was gentle on my hair and left it nice and soft after rinsing. After a couple of weeks the color is still vibrant and beautiful. I would buy this again.

Deep Color
This box hair dye was better than most I have used in the past. It left me with a rich brown color and did not fade quickly, actually lasting as long as professional salon services I have received.

Disappointed
The product wasn't bad. It caused minimal damage to my hair but that resolved quickly with conditioning. However, there was nothing Golden about this color. It gave me more dark brown vibes. I was disappointed.

Nice coverage
The Clairol ColorStrong hair color has everything I need in the box. I choose the color closest to my natural hair color in hopes of adding some gray hair coverage, I got the Medium Golden Brown 5.3 Cape Town. I really enjoyed using the hair dye and it did provide the coverage I needed. The only reason why I gave it a four star instead of a five star was because my hair was a little stiff after the application.

Beautiful Even Color!
I recently started seeing some greys popping up, and knew right away that I needed an all-over touch up! This color was JUST what I was looking for! The warm brown perfectly matched my natural color. The dye is rich and vibrant, and my hair feels even healthier now than before I dyed it. I feel ten years younger!

Absolutely amazing!!
So let me first start by saying this is one of the best at home hair color kits I have ever used! The instructions inside are so easy to follow. There is one extra step to follow that is a "prep" step. It's a light weight gel that you put on the main length of your hair then you follow up with your normal steps like mixing the creme color into the prefilled bottle of developer. Then I started my process. Sectioning off my hair then targeting my roots first. Once I was done with the coloring, it was time to rinse and condition. Between the prep gel and the conditioner that was provided for afterwards... My hair feels amazing! I love the way this color process made my hair feel. So far I've washed once since my initial rinse and I still used the conditioner they provide, it's good for I'd say about 2 weeks... I'm hooked!

Great color!
I've put my hair through some serious transitions over the years and as I get older I've been trying to go more natural. Clairol ColorStrong Medium Golden Brown Cape Town is the closest I've ever found. It looks so natural and makes my hair feel great! Definitely my new go to!

Great brown color
This product comes with everything you need and they are labeled 1234 which makes it really easy to use. It’s a great medium golden brown color and does not have any ammonia. My hair looks nice and fresh. It’s much cheaper to do this than wasting my time and money at the hair salon. I received this product for free.

I am so excited about this product. I love how my hair turned out. Mixing and application was straightforward and easy. Detailed instructions are included to walk you through the process. I really like the rich color this gave my hair. It isn't just one flat color. Rather, there are several tones that follow the natural color of slightly lighter/slightly darker we have from the impact of our surroundings on our hair. I love this because it makes the color look more natural and adds interest. My hair is shiny and soft. It feels thicker and uller. I expect dye to strip and damage my hair but this product did not do that. My hair feels and looks healthy. What a great surprise. I'm really happy with this product and will be purchasing more.
