Melatonin is a great natural supplement for sleep and I definitely recommend it

Works good
Melatonin has never worked for me ever I literally have to use the liquid stuff like zzquill or generic. I couldn't find any so I tried this and it actually made me so tired and I was able to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Best Sleep Product for Kids
My daughter use to have trouble falling and staying asleep, but ever since I have started her on this she is sleeping within the hour and staying asleep throughout the entire night. I love that it is all natural and she doesn’t have a problem with the taste. I hope they do not change the formula because it is perfect the way it is!
