Quality Dropped Over The Years
The first time I tasted this, it was not available in SG yet. It was delicious then compared to now, as some ingredients have changed. The chocolatey richness is just no longer the same. My favourite is the one with marshmallow.

Not as rich and creamy as expected
Bought this to try. From the packaging, I was expecting rich chocolaty and creamy taste since the box indicated “Swiss”. But the consistency was rather thin and taste is quite diluted. The marshmallows that comes in the packaging were very sweet and not sticky chewy….quite disappointing.

Tasty
I love the rich chocolatey taste and super convenient to prepare it to enjoy anytime. It’s also caffeine free too. Not too sweet

Mild and sweet
It is diluted for some of the hot chocolate lovers. Overall is good. Would be great if there is more Cocoa in the hot chocolate!

Thin in consistency
Comparing to other hot chocolate drinks, Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa - Rich Chocolate actually falls below my expectation. A good hot chocolate is rich, creamy and full of chocolatey taste but this was just like a chocolate drink.

Sweet, Diluted, chocolatey
It’s sweeter compared to Cadbury. Same amount of water but it’s more diluted. I don’t like the taste. I prefer milo.

Creamy and Great tasting
Great chocolaty taste. Creamy and not too sweet. If you add a marshmallow (which I did), it really enhance the flavour and taste. A great drink on a cold rainy day

Sweet, thin, bland.
The Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa was not delicious. The texture was very thin (not rich as per the name of the product), and it was way too sweet (akin to artificial sweeteners being used)- does not taste like real chocolate drinks and not milky. Would not recommend nor purchase.

Salty, thin, neutral
It is thin, the chocolate taste is not as strong as expected although it is written "rich chocolate". The first impression was "Why is it so salty?" as I would expect a chocolate drink to be a sweet drink or dessert instead. It may be a favourite drink for someone who love salty food as there aren't much chocolate drink with this taste in the market. Thank you!

Too sweet, thin
I find it is overly sweet for me. I taste more of the sweetness than the chocolate. I couldn't finish it as I'm not used to such a sweet drink. It is also a bit too thin for me. I expect my hot chocolate to be thicker.
