I’ve been drinking the Sante Barley™ Powder every day since I received them. The taste is tolerable, but it will be more exciting to drink it if they will come up with different flavors. I take this after my 1st cup of water every morning. I can say my gut health improved since I started taking Sante Barley™ Powder because it made my bowel movement regular. Because it’s naturally sweetened, it doesn’t affect our blood sugar levels like what white sugar does. I think I will include this in my diet from now on.

refreshing very handy can drink anywhere
I'm a barley lover. Used to take this with different brand and I believe it's effectivity. 2018 when I undergo operation because I have cysts on both breast, thankfully cyst is benign. But, based on breast ultrasound there still more that I need to monitor. Right then and then, told my mom to purchase barley. Religiously taking it, my cyst we're gone after having breast ultrasound again. Now, consuming Sante Barley only after 2days and I've got healthy bowel movement. I also believe it help boots my immune system.
