Thick gravy
It was really nice and thick, had it with some airfryer chips and was very tasty. Easy to use pouch in the microwave too.

Plastic tasting gravy
We were looking forward to having this on our fries. However we all found ourselves bitterly disappointed. All everyone could taste was a plastic flavour. We couldn't even finish half of the product as we all agreed it was the worst tasting gravy. It could have been a bad batch, but I don't think I'll be trying it in the future to see if it was. Sorry to say but it's over priced and bad tasting.

Delicious!
This is the perfect match for some chips. Super easy to heat up and pour over some hot chips, the flavour is very nice and it has a nice smooth consistency. Makes a very easy meal.

Tasty ready to go gravy
Found this a little hard to find in store, up in a top shelf. Price seemed reasonable compared to other such products. Quick and easy to use, tasty and the perfect amount for what we needed. The family enjoyed this over chips, veges and steak.

Watties Chip Gravy is good but…..
Watties Chip gravy was an interesting sample to try as I was a little against the idea if chips and gravy. But then once I decided that theres no difference than eating roasted potatoes and gravy me and My Family Tried it. Now normally I make my own gravy from scratch so I must say this product is convenient and easy to make and use. However I sadly still prefer my own homemade gravy. This gravy is nice if you need something in a hurry. Its tasty and convenient. Im just used to my own gravy

Not what I was expecting
It’s not at all what I was expecting. I have had poutine before so assumed it would be a similar brown gravy flavour but it was quite different. It was not too rich or overpowering but the flavour was not very pleasant or moreish. The packaging itself was super convenient and great to use, loved not having to mix it up from powder and instead pouring straight from the pouch.

Very toasty flavoured
Good for chips as it’s mild enough to taste the potatoes. Good flavour and no clumping! We served it with roast chicken and it paired well.

Taste of peculiarity
This product will cater for some not all, a unique taste of umaminess, making me want more. I just hoped it was a dry version where I could make my own because I think the pouch reduces the freshness of the umami flavour.

Handy in a pinch!
Watties have made another useful product…. With its convenient easy to heat pouch and a cupboard stocker for those nights when you just don’t want to cook. Overall a good product with nice taste. A slightly bigger version might be more handy for big families. But it made Sunday nights chip poutine easy last night!

Decent gravy in an instant
This gravy was very easy and quick to prepare. From what I can tell it’s also suitable for vegetarians which is a bonus. Taste is good and does as advertised - goes well with chips!
