Sorry but not for me
Worked night shift hoping I could sleep better through the day. Tried this product and it didn’t work well for me. I still woke up after 3 hours. Didn’t work for me but I heard it has helped others sleep better.

If you relax it will help you fall asleep don't fight it you will miss your chance to fall asleep

Good but not great
As someone who needs some help getting to sleep, I have tried a lot of over the counter remedies. Melatonin pills never really helped me, but my mum has tried these and says she hasn’t slept better in a while. She continues to buy them. However note that they really do not taste good

Well rested
I was pleasantly surprised, l have tried other over the counter sleep aids with not much success. With these l fell asleep easily. I woke up well rested. I found my days much more productive and had more energy.

Was pleasantly surprised
I have insomnia and it isn't very pleasant. I tried just about everything but nothing seemed to work. I saw this product at the pharmacy and tried it out. It works quite well. I wake up rested and really love how gentle it is.

Melatonin good rest
I have never needed to consume anything to help me fall asleep. I have tried them a couple of times and I have rested well. Non-addictive at all

Finally Got to Sleep!
I actually purchased this product in error as I intended to buy NyQuil but guess what it was exactly what I needed at that time! I had been struggling to get good night sleep for weeks. I finally got to sleep without waking up for several hours in the night and I felt much better in the mornings.
