Amazing finish!
The paint was white, but it is a much more vibrant, it has a nice gloss finish. The finished product actually looks like it has an effect added to it. Very impressed and definitely recommend.

Cabinets look factory finished
I used this product to refinish my kitchen cabinets. They ha Ltd been done by previous owner with white over oak with not great results. I used light grey on top and medium on bottom using an adhesion primer and then Sico paint. I believe the key is to first clean with mineral spirits, the old fashioned smelly kind, not the new low VOC, as advised by a furniture refinished I know. I did the doors outside to minimize odour. I find the surface very durable and scrub proof.

Great paint for DIY projects
I have recently started refurbishing lld furniture and this product came right in time. It was easy to use and great coverage for a smooth finish. I loved the color. The first coat took about an hour to completely dry up. The finished product looked great for fact it was done by a newbie like me.

Sico furniture and cabinet paint.
I liked it. Covered very well in 2 coats which I allowed to dry 5 hrs between each coat. Clean up was very easy using just soap and water but the best thing was that there was no paint smell. This was very important because it was late fall when I did this and it was too cold to have the windows open. There was zero paint smell in the house. I am very interested to see how t wears over time, I have high hopes.

Excellent paint!!!
I painted my children's closet door, they used to be blue, and I painted them white, this paint was so easy to use, went on like a charm and there is no overwhelming smell, dried very fast, I love this paint!!!

Good for small projects
I tested the Sico cabinet/furniture paint over a four day period. I have used similar paint before on a bathroom vanity previously. The project I used for the Sico paint was a stool. I found it way thinner than what I used previously and it took four coats to cover some of the problem areas. I am not into multiple coats and found this very time consuming. My vanity only required two coats and it was a bigger project. The paint was fine, but did not cover enough of an area. It did dry fairly quickly, and the finish was fine. This was good for a small project. However I would use one of the higher end paints in the future.

Excellent quality!
We painted 2 floor to ceiling closet doors with a fairly dark wood grain finish. Removed the doors and applied a light sanding with a 400 grade sandpaper by hand as there were no significant scratches or nicks to use a power sander. We used the brush provided as it’s made for smooth surfaces, applied the first coat and allowed to dry overnight. Applied the second coat the next day and didn’t need a 3rd. Reinstall the doors on the following day and it looks great, nice and smooth finish and brightened up the room, feels great! There was some odour while the paint was wet but it was mild. After drying and installed there were no odours. The paint was nice and thick and easy to apply with the brush with almost no drips. The paint did not dry quickly which I didn't expect with melamine paint. I’ll definitely buy this paint for future projects.

Light gloss furniture paint
I received a small pail of this SICO Furniture and Cabinets paint in exchange for a trial and review. I liked that this paint was easy to take to the chaise/long chair that I painted. The chaise was natural wood. I was able to do a beautiful job with two layers of this paint. The paint has what I consider a light glossiness to it which is great for furniture (tables, chairs, dressers). I wished it was a bit more thick in its texture, though. At times, the paint felt very "thin" and where the natural wood would show through, hence the two layers required.

Love this paint
I really loved this product. I thought it should be a more enormous can so that I can keep on painting. As for the paint, it is fantastic! I was able to do my desk (2-3 coats) and a cabin (2 coats). I am definitely going to buy any other can to do a wall in my kid's bedroom
