Great starter skin moisturizer
I used to use this back in high school. It's a great starter moisturizer if you can only access drug stores and can't go to sephora. The moisturizer is cooling and it hydrates the skin. I have very dry skin tho so I would always use way more than necessary because my skin sucks up moisture.

Great Dupe for Clinique Moisture Surge
This is an amazing gel moisturizer, it feels very similar to the Clinique Moisture Surge. The only difference between the two is that the Clinique lasts longer on the skin. I think this one by Garnier doesn't last as long on the skin, but it still provides lightweight moisture without feeling dry immediately. I like to use this on top of another moisturizer, as opposed to by itself.

Moisturizing, could be improved
I purchased and used the entire jar of this product, intended for dry skin. Full disclosure - I had combination skin. I was worried it would be too oily or make my face more shiny, but ultimately I found it did an adequate job. I suspect if I had dry skin I wouldn't have been impressed, because the areas of my face experiencing dryness (chin, jaw, around temples) I still observed to be dry when using this gel cream. I think if they market it to a different skin type it would be better!

Light and easy
Garnier makes terrific skin care products. The scent is mild and this lotion is so light it doesn't clog my pores. I can use it year round and it has terrific coverage. I only need a little bit at a time.

Great for the summer months.
Its a good moisturizer for the summer as its hydrating enough without being greasy. Its very similar to the Neutrogena water-boost and I enjoy both, this is non-irritating and doesn't clog my pores. Not good for the winter months, its not hydrating enough for dry weather.

Decent face cream!
It wasn't my favourite face product, pretty sure it was the gel like consistency. It absorbs so fast, which isn't a bad thing but just not what I'm personally used too. It definitely helps combat dry skin. My skin was soft and supple, light scent which wasn't overwhelming at all.

Beautiful packaging and strong smell
The product has beautiful packaging. It has a strong smell like flowery clean and watery like. The product is gel-like and well hydrated. The container is solid. This is perfect for dry skin!

Garnier Moisture Rescue
I received this Garnier Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel-Cream for Dry Skin free to try in exchange fire my honest review. I felt like this was a very moisturizing gel-cream and it spread on nicely and evenly. It did leave my fingers and face feeling a bit tacky however this tackiness seemed to disappear after a short while. It does have a bit of a scent that dissipates rather quickly. It worked well under makeup in the daytime and was also very hydrating for overnight use. Overall, this seems like a decent product however, I feel like there are some better options out there

Contains alcohol denat. and fragrance
The first thing I always do is read product ingredients, and I found a few interesting things. The first ingredient that jumped out at me was the Alcohol Denat. I was surprised to find that in the list because alcohol is bad for dry and sensitive skin, so it's a bit counterproductive to put that in there. The second ingredient that surprised me was fragrance. I didn't need to read the ingredients list for this one - this product is very potent and perfumey, which is terrible for dry and sensitive skin. This cream also contains two emollients, dimethicone and dimethiconol, which are actually hydrating for dry skin, but not so great for people with oily skin that's prone to breakouts. Two ingredients I liked to see were ascorbyl glucoside (brightening antioxidant) and panthenol (heals and hydrates skin). Unfortunately, this product was a miss for me. Since discovering Korean skincare I find it hard to use western skincare anymore, especially drugstore products that are misleading.

My new favourite cream
This is my absolute favourite. Gel texture, not greasy and not sticky. The scent is very gentle and floral, like a rose water. I have applied it for a week before the nighttime, right after cleansing, and I could say it definitely moisturize and nourishment skin.

Excellent product!
I love this for as an everyday cream. It's light and absorbs nicely into the skin, without feeling heavy or my face feeling weighed down. It also wears nicely under makeup. The gel consistency is very nice too and the smell is pleasant, a light floral & citrus notes. Definitely would recommend.

This product is a tall drink of water for your skin! It’s free so nice on the face, and would be so refreshing in the hot summer months. Apply this as a first step on clean skin as part of your daily makeup routine. Smells great too!

Help your skin
I have always been a huge fan of @Garnier, so I am quite embarrassed to say that I was not aware of their line of skincare products. Well, thanks to @hometesterclubna, I received this #freeproduct to try in exchange for my honest opinion and I absolutely love the glass jar it comes in! This moisturizer is has a gel texture and carries a light floral fragrance that only lingers for a few seconds. It has a cooling effect which I like and is infused with vitamin C which is one of my favourite ingredients as is known to slow down early signs of skin aging. It left my face feeling soft, but it didn’t seem to absorb as quickly as I’d like into my skin. Overall though, it’s affordable and a great product to use year round.

Refreshing and hydrating.
What a great product the moisture rescue by Garnier is! I have not had a chance to try very many products in Garniers skincare line, but after trying out moisture rescue refreshing gel-cream my skin looks radiant with a youthful glow. It feels so smooth and moisturized all day long under makeup and I can feel a change in firmness. I'm a big fan of gel-cream bases in skincare and this one didn't disapoint. My skin drank this moistureing gel right up after cleansing and toning. The antioxidants help protect my skin's moisture barrier in the winter months and ensure I won't have any dry or flaky skin. Moisture rescue is oil free so it won't leave skin looking greasy even after the day is half way over. The packaging is clean and also has user friendly information on the outer box. I didn't need much of the gel-cream, little goes along way. Certainly a great value for an effective moisturizer as my last step in my skincare routing.
