The taste of the product was easy to consume. I had to stop after a few days due to stomach upsets it was causing. For people who can stomach it, I do recommend it as it felt like it was really helping my Keto lifestyle.

I found MCT oil to be wonderful, so useful for my keto diet once I knew how to use it. I added it to coffee, smoothies and salad dressings, but it took me a few days of googling and trying to work out how this would work for me. I would definitely recommend with some usage suggestions to friends and family!

We use coconut oil regularly in our cooking, so consume MCT oils on a regular basis, but it was good to be able to supplement on days that we cook with other healthy fats that don't contain MCT oils. The flavor is very neutral and provides the energy of MCT oils.

I initially found the oil difficult to stomach and it gave me a queasy feeling when I took it by itself (even only taking 1 teaspoon). That passed after a few days and I found it easy to drink. I didn't notice any extra energy or benefits to taking the oil, but I am also not on a keto diet. This oil may be better when taken for a longer period of time.

Since I start using MCT oil. I noticed my energy increase specially in the morning. With a toddler kept waking up at night it gave me the energy I needed to go through the day. It also helps with my metabolism. I love it and definitely keep it on my shopping list.

Quite surprising, i started with half a teaspoon then upped the measurement to a teaspoon, daily, which compliments my morning coffee. Great healthy fats benefiting my liver and brain. I feel energetic for a longer period of time. I will continue to use this product, in fact, I've already purchased another bottle.

I think the product and benifits are definately worth it if you are pairing it with a balanced diet. I just struggled with the texture of it for some reason. I would rather it personally in a tablet form.
