Crunchy and fresh
I love frozen veg as being snap frozen they lock all of those nutrients in to make nutrient dense dishes at home on a budget and when you don't have a lot of time to prep all of the veggies. I love throwing them in a pasta, stir fry or a bake. So easy, crunchy and delicious!

Tastes so fresh
I usually only purchase no name brand frozen vegetables because I didn't think there was a difference to warrant the steep price difference, but... These taste so fresh. I usually pick the peas out when I use frozen veggies because they taste chalky and terrible, but these taste juicy and like real, freshly picked peas. Will definitely repurchase!

Super easy, super simple
