Great alternative
Since trying this I use it a lot more than rice. Sometimes I find rice way too heavy and just want a light dinner/ lunch. Using the cauliflower rice is a lighter option for me and it tastes great. I always have a bag on hand now.

Great to keep in your freezer
Great to keep a few of these frozen cauliflower packets in the freezer for curries. Enjoy like rice but without all the extra carbs and heaviness in stomach (like with curry with rice). Tried to used as the main ingredient in a healthy pizza base. Once cauliflower defrosts, it’s soggier than fresh cauliflower blitzed into small particles so the pizza base was soggy. Will stick to servings with curries and stews personally. Highly recommend.

Better Than Expected
I was at a family member's for dinner the other night and they cooked a beautiful vegetarian stirfry with lots of veggies. Initially, I thought this was normal rice. It wasn't until after a few mouthfuls that I noticed a slight difference in texture. I love this stuff!! Super adaptable and I think it would blend nicely with other flavours!

Low-Carb Option
I love living a low-carb balanced lifestyle. This cauliflower rice makes meal prep so convenient. On nights I don't have time to prep, I can simply grab and cook to serve as a side with our meal. A healthier alternative to rice or mash.

Not Sold..
Unfortunately, cauliflower veggie rice I'm not sold on. My daughter and I both found this to be bland. Little miss would rather eat the original cauliflower and that's saying something..

Great filler
This is a great food for when you're on a diet and want to eat a high volume of food for low calories. It is great to add into a stir fry or to mix with regular rice when cooking a meal.

Good for Cauliflower rice
If you take it for what it is, a low carb rice alternative - it's a pretty tasty addition to the meal. If you are expecting rice, this will disappoint. It's tasty, easy to cook and guilt free!

Very surprised
I was a bit sceptical, as I thought it would be mushy when cooked up, but it wasn’t. I used it as a substitute in my egg fried rice, and it was delicious. It picked up the sauce without going soggy, and didn’t clump together. Of course it’s not the same as ordinary rice, there is a textural difference, but it didn’t take away from the eating enjoyment. I would certainly recommend it.

Nice low carb substitute
It's a very nice substitute to normal rice if you want it to be more low carb and healthy. Really recommend

Better than rice
Ofcourse this is not rice but it's yummy with any sauces you would pair with rice. I love cauliflower so I might be bias.

Not for me
I thought I'd love cauliflower as a rice substitute. Not a fan. Unless I covered it in the sauce from the meal I made to go with it.
