Very useful!
I love these banana clips they help keep my hair out of my face and it reminds me of how popular they were long ago. Good thing about these banana clips is that instead of one end opens up the top and bottom both come off. I highly recommend this product!!

The banana clips come in a variety of colors and are sturdy. My hair is very fine so it does start to loosen throughout the day, but the key is to clip it closely to your scalp as possible. Overall, they work as advertised.

I liked this product because it picks up all the hair. What I didn't like was that since my hair is straight, it doesn't hold for long. But at least I have a new hairstyle for a while and I really appreciate that.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT !!
I have to keep my hair up a lot working in healthcare. Problem is - I also get horrible migraines. When I pull my hair back with a traditional tie, it tends to make them worse, and I end up having to take my hair down. These clips don’t add any stress to my scalp or to a pounding headache. I love that I can use these in a hurry for a messy look or to style and look cute. I can’t brag on these clips enough! They keep all my hair into place, don’t hurt, and are fun to use! Great for long hair

A couple hiccups but I do like it
It took about 10 times of trying to finally learn how to correctly use this clip. The plastic was thick and felt pretty sturdy. I like that you push the ends together to snap it shut, but the clip opening on both ends caused me to pop the whole clip in half while trying to close it. It holds your hair in place without any pulling, but I think the more texture your hair has the longer it will stay put. I have very straight hair and it would stay in place for about 30-45 minutes.

Easy to use but not for me
I feel like I should preface this with the information that it was not the best for my hair type. It was simple to use, but I feel someone with ticket hair could have used it in a more beneficial way. A lot of my hair kept sliding out. I think it would be amazing for someone with thicker hair.

Nostalgic but Bulky
I recently tried the Scunci Large Banana Hair Clips in Tortoise Shell, White, and Black (3 Count) and had mixed feelings about them. After a quick search on how to use these retro clips, I found the process straightforward and easy to follow. However, I did have to brush through my wavy hair to smooth it out before using the clips, which unfortunately resulted in some unwanted frizz. I understand why these clips were popular when they first came out—there’s a certain novelty to their design. But in practice, they felt a bit too bulky, especially if you don’t have a lot of hair to hide the back of the clip. While I appreciate the nostalgic vibe, I found them to be more of a hassle to use than I expected. If you have thicker hair, you might have better luck with them, but for me, they ended up being more style than substance.
