Excellent.
This product served as my life saver!!! He pressed a nerve into my leg, this product was the only thing that gave me comfort and allowed me to sleep!!!! I highly recommend it.

Love!!!!
I used this while I was pregnant to help with back pain and ankle pain/swelling! I went to Disney while pregnant and this helped so so much! It made walking around the parks so much easier!

Very effective
Tylenol Precise Cooling Pain Relieving Cream: it is a very effective cream that contains lidocaine and menthol to help relieve muscle pain, it is a cream that is absorbed very quickly and is not sticky at all, nor does it leave residue on the skin and I really like its Rollerball applicator which helps to massage in the area that you spread it, helping to calm the pain more quickly, the cream when you put it on you feel a fresh sensation with a fresh mint aroma, it serves to relieve minor joint and muscle pain such as in the back, knees, shoulders, neck and many other parts. I loved this product and it is very necessary to always have a cream that helps relieve pain.

Cooling
I am always in search of creams with a cooling effect and NOT a heating effect so I was happy when I saw that Tylenol had made this type product. The applicator has three rolling balls which help to massage the cream in to your target area. It has a pleasant scent which I can only describe as maybe a sweet, faint mint? The relief doesn't last very long but every bit helps and I'll take it.

Relief
Better than muscle rub!! Relieves any aches and pains and Is even great for headaches & neck pain -tension headaches. A little bit more cooling effect would be nice, but overall I can't complain!

It helped me
I bought this because I fell down the stairs and needed something to ease the pain in my lower back. I like the tube because I don't need to get it on my hands when I applied. At first it felt cool on my skin. Than the pain lessen. Probably went down from a 7 to a 3 in a few minutes. Since it was on my back, I couldn't smell the product. I would suggest this product for people preferring to cool down any inflammation or sore muscles.

Cooling effect pain relieving cream
Work great for my leg cramps , I usually apply this around my leg and it gives that cooling effect love that it comes with rollerball applicator and the scent is not too strong tho product is great to have around your house .

No help to my neck pain
I was excited to try this however it did not do anything for the pain I was having in neck. I would not purchase again or recommend it

Got the job done
I loved how this product rolls on and doesn’t get on your hands as a result. I used for sore hamstrings and loved how soothing it was. I wish there was a an extender to get this on your back when needed.

Old School go to in innovative form.
Amazing application to the skin. Leaves the area feeling cool and semi numb for a good deal of time. For products similar to this I'd rate this one upper eschelon.
