Not Sure
I tried this product and honestly tried to give it a chance to work. I did not notice any change in my energy. I do not know enough of this supplement to know the effects it has on the body. Maybe this works on some people for myself it didn't.

Didn't get it going

Nugenix shilajit
Received this product to test and tried it for 10 days. Honestly speaking I did not feel noticeable difference or benefits from it. It’s a small convenient packaging for 60 days, perhaps it takes time. It did upset my stomach so ill take once every two days now.

Subtle Yet Noticeable Energy Boost
This is my first time using a shilajit supplement and it has been a positive experience. I have felt a boost in my overall energy and motivation to exercise. This does not produce a jittery caffeine type boost in energy but instead for me provides an overall subtle shift in desire and motivation to be more active. Before taking this supplement I would have easily made an excuse and talked myself out of exercising, but now I actually feel energetic and want to get a workout in. They are easy to swallow with no bad aftertaste. You take 1 capsule per day with the bottle having a 60 day supply. If you are looking for an energy boost without getting the caffeine shakes this is worth giving a try.

Gave Me More Endurance and Energy

Had high hopes
I had no idea what to expect. What I found, was that each day, I seemed to have more energy. I woke up everyday feeling ready to go. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking them. I don't know how good they could have been. I read that if you started having dizzy spells, you should stop taking shilajit.....so I did. Listen to the doctors, if they say stop, then stop.

Nugenix Shilajit 500mg pills are very easy to swallow, and used to support different aspects of health and vitality. I've been taking 1 pill a day for 2 weeks about, and have noticed an uptick in my energy levels, overall endurance, and overall, just a general happy mood.
