I’ve had this for a couple of years and it’s definitely better than teflon. Has worked well for heating small side dishes up, and does its job, but the handles are starting to become loose over time.

Great for Small Portions
This saucepan has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. It heats evenly, allowing for uniform cooking of sauces, soups, and small dishes. The 1-quart capacity is perfect for single servings or small portions, making it ideal for melting butter, simmering sauces, or reheating leftovers. I particularly appreciated how quickly it reached the desired temperature without any hotspots, which can be a common issue with lesser quality pans.

Versatile and Reliable Cooking Pot
I recently purchased this cooking pot and have been very impressed with its performance. The pot heats evenly and is perfect for a variety of dishes, from soups and stews to sauces and grains. The durable construction ensures it can handle daily use without warping or scratching. Additionally, the ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip, making it easy to maneuver even when full. Cleanup is a breeze, thanks to its non-stick surface. Overall, this pot offers great value and has quickly become a staple in my kitchen.

My review
I use the MS 1 qt pot for all my lite sauces and gravy mixes. It's just the perfect size for 1-2 people. It heats even and the handle stays cool to touch. If you need a small pot this is the one to get.
The MS SS 1QT Sauce Pan is a durable and efficient cookware essential suitable for various kitchen tasks. Its high-quality stainless steel construction ensures even heat distribution and durability. With a 1-quart capacity, it's perfect for cooking sauces, heating liquids, or preparing small portions. The pan's sturdy handle stays cool, offering a comfortable grip, and it's easy to clean thanks to its dishwasher-safe design. Overall, this saucepan is a reliable choice for everyday cooking needs.
I use this pan to make sauces or gravy. It is the perfect size. Easy to wash as well. The bottom does get a little dark but I just use some Ajax on it and it cleans it right off without too much scrubbing.

Stocky and cheap
The MS SS 1QT Sauce Pan is a kitchen nightmare. From its flimsy construction to its lackluster performance, this cookware fails to meet even the lowest expectations. The handle heats up faster than the contents inside, posing a burn hazard with every use.The non-stick coating is a joke, as everything seems to stick to the bottom, creating a stubborn mess that requires intense scrubbing. The lid doesn't fit properly, letting steam escape and making it impossible to simmer anything without constant attention.Pouring is a messy affair, thanks to the poorly designed spout that seems to have a mind of its own, dribbling sauce down the side of the pan. The cheap stainless steel material feels like it's ready to warp at any moment, giving the impression that this pan won't last through more than a handful of uses.Save yourself the frustration and invest in a higher-quality saucepan; this one is a regrettable purchase waiting to happen.
I got this pan and the first use I was not super happy with it. BUT I continued a few more times. Once you use it a couple of times it does not burn and stick like it did in the beginning! I have washed it by hand and I have also put it in the dishwasher and I was happy to see it came out of the dishwasher still looking great. The one downfall is it does scratch easily. I would recommend using silicone utensils to stir anything.
Mainstays 1 quart stainless steel sauce pan is a great little pan with an AWESOME lid! The lid has a lip with holes in it for easy draining and I just adore that feature! I would not expect to find that I a $10 pan but I love it. The handle is all metal so you definitely need a potholder, but we all use them anyway.

Great for everyday use
This is my new favourite pot. It’s small but great to make food for one serving. The lid is my favourite part because it has holes for straining pasta, vegetables and anything else you may need to use it for.

Nice, but beware of hot handle.
I like how the pot got heated up really fast. It is really convenient for making quick meal. I deducted one star because of the handle, it was getting really hot after a period of time
My entire kitchen is stainless steel so this matched perfectly. I tested it out by cooking a sticky mixture of lil smokies, brown sugar and maple syrup. It was very easy to clean. I would recommend. It’s the perfect size for sauce!
The saucepan arrived very well wrapped, in perfect condition. I tested it on Thanksgiving and used it for warming up the gravy. It warmed evenly and the lid made sure that there was no mess. It was easy to clean and I put it in the dishwasher and it came out looking new.
