Gummy for sleep
Was looking for something to help sleep. And to overcome sleepless night. Tried taking 2 gummies for the first night and help to calm mind and sleep/rest well. Yet to try for long haul flight. But

Spend Less, Sleep Well
At first, I am hesitant to try it because I am thinking of its side effects. However, one day I really cannot sleep then I saw the bittle of ZzzQuill in my cupboard so I decuded to try it. The taste is good as the gummies that kids love to eat. It really works well on me, like within 30-45 minutes from taking 1 gummy, i started to feel sleepy. And when I wake up, i dont feel groggy. Tried 1 for a few night and don’t see any improvement.. tried taking 2 for 4 night and I don’t see any differences.. maybe because I’m a light sleeper? Will continue to eat until this bottle is finish to see if there are any results.
