Good product
I’m glad I had the chance to trial this product. I can’t say it’s something I would pick out and buy. Very pleasantly surprised at beneficial nutrients in the powder. Taste good too. Powder would not be my first choice for supplement form. But I like it despite the extra step of having to mix it into something.

Great supplement and taste
Noticeable difference in energy levels since starting on Melrose Essential Reds. It's a good supplement to increase the daily intake of healthy foods and to compliment my active schedule. The taste can take some getting used to but if you mix with fruit juice it's quite delightful. There's also the Essential Greens version which I would be interested to try.

Not great for me
I tried this the first day but it didn't sit well in my tummy and I felt nauceous and unwell straight after. I tried it again a couple of days later but I had the same results. Because of this, I was uncomfortable completing the full two week trial.

Easy to add to every day life
This was so easy to add to my smoothies and every day consumption. You can add it just to water but I didn’t like the taste, where in my smoothies I couldn’t tell. I have found that other the past two weeks my energy has risen. It’s hard to tell if it is doing the other stuff it promised as only a 2 week trial but I would continue using it and see how it goes

Not bad but I'm not sure it works?
I like the flavour of this. It is not too "powdery" like some other, well, powders; it dissolves well. However, I am not sure it works. It might have to be trialled for a longer period to see if it does.

Minor health benefits, tastes like dirt.
I used Melrose Essential Reds for the two week time frame however it was a struggle to complete. I noticed some minor improvements in my skin but not enough to out way the taste. This product tasted like dirt no matter what liquid I added it to. I would not recommend.

Give your face a boost
Good vitamins to take to give your face a boost. The taste is pretty poor of you’re taking it mixed with water so I found that sprinkling it on my food was a better way. After 2 weeks my face is brighter, it has a nice glow.

Supplement that keeps giving
I tried it for the 2 weeks it was easy to take I would have it in my brekkie smoothie. My skin had nice glow after 2 weeks especially around my eyes. Overall I will continue to use it as I have started seeing the benefits

Skin improvement
This superfood powder is absolutely amazing. Light berry flavour, not overpowering or overwhelming, I enjoyed it some water. Results were amazing as well, my skin tone has improved and I feel like my skin is glowing without any make up. I have added this powder to my daily routine and absolutely love the results.

Great product but not for me
This products has impressive benefits and lots of superfood. However I do not think it is for me. I am not a fan of beetroot and this has a strong flavor of it so it was hard for me to enjoy it. People who do not mind the beetroot flavor should enjoy this lvoely product.

beautiful color, meh taste
I first tried to mix it with water as I do with my other powered supplements, but it didn't fully dissolve like my other supplements and instead left clumps of soggy powder that I had to eat to avoid waste, and it tastes both bitter and sour in the water. I then tried mixing it with milk, and it was much better, still a bit of a weird taste, but it wasn't as strong anymore, and milk suspended the undisolvables a lot better, I still had to stir occasionally though. Overall, my skin has cleared a little and it feels a lot firmer.

Melrose Essential Reds was easy to drink. Taste like beetroot and looks like it in colour. Dissolved easily and easy to drink. Felt healthy and tasted healthy.
